  • We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your shipment. 

  • We will gladly offer a full refund for unopened and undamaged bottles, excluding any original shipping costs.

  • For damaged or faulty items, please contact us immediately and we will arrange for a replacement or full refund.
